What is UniHop?

UniHop is a student-run startup, created by University of Miami students who wanted to make delivery more convenient for communities.

    What is Parcel?

    Parcel Delivery allows students to receive their packages faster and more personalized than traditional delivery options. Parcel Delivery delivers the packages directly to the student, gets rid of having to wait in lines to pick up packages, and negates the processing time that traditional university mail centers face.

    Ship Out allows students to either drop off items at locations such as UPS, USPS, DHL and FedEx. UniHop can also supply recycled packaging materials and professionally box items for you for an added price. Additionally, if you would like a label prepared for you, UniHop can provide one too.


      What is UniHop Shop?

      UniHop's Shop service allows students to shop from a selection of curated items from local and student-owned businesses to UniHop exclusive products all delivered with UniHop! 


      What is Same-Day Delivery?

      Same-Day Delivery allows students to have groceries, items from local stores, and more delivered when and where they want, without the hassle of using other delivery services that can often be difficult to use as a busy college student.


      What is Occasions?

      Everyday is worth celebrating, and UniHop is here to make sure every celebration can be properly prepared for with ease. Whether it's a sweet treat, charcuterie board, flowers, or a baked good, we're here to get the goods to celebrate every event!


          When is UniHop coming to my community?

          We would love to help make delivery more convenient for every community, but we want to be able to provide the best service that we can, so we have to grow steadily. UniHop is currently only at the University of Miami. Send us an email if you want UniHop to come to your college next:


          How do I signup for UniHop as a customer?

            Who does UniHop hire to do these services?

            UniHop is for students by students platform, so all services are completed by willing and able students, we call them Hoppers.


              How do I signup to be a Hopper (service provider)?

              What is Fulfilled by UniHop (FBU)?

              Fulfilled by UniHop is a service for businesses interested in selling their products to college students at various universities. With FBU, UniHop will store your merchandise at our facility, and deliver them directly to the customer once they are ordered.               Can I provide my Hopper with special instructions?

              When you are ready to check out, there will be a section to add additional details for your order. Additionally, our website-chat feature allows for chatting abilities anytime, and we are happy to assist with any questions or details you have about your order.


              Can parents use UniHop?

              Absolutely! Parents can signup for their own account for sending their students items purchased in the shop, or scheduling deliveries; maybe a surprise birthday treat... or two.


              What is UniHop's relationship with universities?
