How it works

Delivery That Doesn't Disappear After Pickup

UniHop combines a real-time platform with a human dispatch team that monitors every active delivery. Here's what happens from the moment you place an order.

The delivery flow

From Order to Confirmed Drop

1

Place your order

Submit a delivery through the portal, your API integration, a connected Shopify store, or a CSV upload for batch routes. Set it for ASAP or schedule it in advance — down to the minute.

2

A driver is assigned

Dispatch selects the right driver for your delivery style, order size, and market. For Standard, the best available courier is matched. For Special Handling and Multi-Stop Routes, a dedicated professional is assigned.

3

Dispatch monitors in real time

As soon as the driver picks up, your customer gets an SMS tracking link to follow the delivery in real time. The dispatch team watches active deliveries from pickup to drop-off — if something goes off-track, like a driver running late or a failed drop, dispatch steps in before your customer has to call.

4

Delivered and confirmed

Your customer receives their order. You get delivery confirmation and a record of the drop. Every delivery is logged in your dashboard.
