The order is yours before a driver hears about it. Place pickup in the BurgerFi app or at burgerfi.com and pay there, which is what keeps your account earning and the price identical to the one on the board. Then request a delivery on this page and a hopper collects the bag. Tracking runs for the whole trip and a photo confirms the drop. UniHop bills the delivery and nothing else.
What BurgerFi sells is the spec, and it has been the pitch since 2011: Angus raised without added hormones or antibiotics, buns made without artificial preservatives, and a Wagyu burger under candied bacon-tomato jam at the top of the board. None of that changes because somebody else drove it over — the sourcing is decided long before the burger reaches a counter, and a delivery only changes who walks it out the door. The chain's own fine print is worth reading once if the claim is why you're here: it covers the burgers and the buns specifically, not every side and drink on the menu.
