Place and pay for a pickup order in the CAVA app first. Once the restaurant confirms it is ready, request a delivery on this page and a hopper collects it and brings it over. You pay the menu price with no markups, and you can follow the trip with live GPS tracking, SMS updates, and a photo when it arrives.
Where this really helps is the group order — a spread for a team lunch, or eight bowls that one person would otherwise be carrying in two trips. Order it ahead with the restaurant, say how much is coming when you request, and confirm the location will hand an order to a third-party courier before you schedule.
