So the buying is done directly with the showroom, in person or by phone, and paid in full — drivers never buy or pay for anyone. When the showroom tells you the piece has come in, request a delivery on this page and a hopper collects it and brings it to your door, tracked the whole way, with a photo at drop-off.
The thing to pin down before you request is where the piece is actually waiting. Cisco Home keeps a small number of its own showrooms — Culver City and Pasadena, plus Round Top in Texas and High Point in North Carolina — and reaches the rest of the country through independent design showrooms and retailers, so the pickup address may not have Cisco's name over the door. Put that address, the name the order sits under and who to ask for into the request. And because the frames are solid hardwood rather than particleboard, a Cisco piece is heavier than its proportions suggest — say so, and a second person can be added rather than discovered on the day.
