Place and pay for a pickup order in the DIG app first. Once the restaurant confirms it is ready, request a delivery on this page and a hopper collects it and brings it over. You pay the menu price with no markups added on top, and the trip comes with live GPS tracking, SMS updates, and a photo confirmation on arrival.
Everything is chosen and paid for before a driver is dispatched, which matters at a place where the menu moves with the season — what you picked in the app is what gets collected. Group orders work the same way, just ordered further ahead. Confirm your location releases orders to a third-party courier before you book.
