Goodwill does not sell this stock online, so the purchase happens in person: pay at the register and ask the store to hold the item under your name. Then request a delivery on this page with the item and its rough dimensions, and a hopper with the right vehicle collects it, straps it in, and brings it to your door with live GPS tracking.
Two things worth knowing. Every Goodwill is run by a regional organization rather than one national chain, so pickup rules differ more here than at a retailer — ask before you schedule. And staff may not be free to help load, so say what the piece is and whether stairs are involved, and a second person can be assigned for the heavy ones.
