Gregorys runs on order-ahead, and an order placed ahead is one a hopper can collect — a single nitro cold brew, or thirty cups for a whole floor.
Pay for the order in the app or on gregoryscoffee.com, and note the shop it is going to along with the name it is under. Once the bar has it up, request a delivery on this page and a hopper carries it from there, with live GPS tracking, texts as it moves, and a photo confirmation at the drop-off. Nothing is added to what Gregorys charged for the drinks.
Gregorys is a New York brand before it is anything else, and in Manhattan that has two consequences worth planning around. Several shops can sit within a few blocks of one another, and a driver is sent to an address rather than to a brand, so the location on your confirmation is the detail to copy across exactly. The other one is the last hundred feet: an office tower will route a courier to the lobby desk unless the request says otherwise, so name the floor, the suite, and someone who can answer a phone if the coffee is meant to reach a desk rather than security.
