Buy in the showroom or on lovesac.com for store pickup, pay in full, and confirm the location will release the order to a third-party courier. Request a delivery below once it is staged, and a hopper with a van or box truck collects it and brings it to your door with live GPS tracking and a photo confirmation.
Say how many boxes and roughly how big when you request — a couple of covers and a full Sactional configuration are very different loads. Note stairs, an elevator, or a narrow entry too. Drivers move and place the boxes where access allows; the building part is yours, which is the fun bit anyway.
