Almost everything bought on Mercari ships, which means the store-pickup version of this page doesn't exist. The useful version starts after the box lands.
Parcels get left in lobbies, with neighbors, at the address you moved out of last spring. Something you sold needs to reach a buyer across town, or a prepaid package needs to reach a carrier counter before it closes. Those are point-to-point runs: pickup address, drop-off address, what's inside, and a contact for each end.
If you have arranged an in-person handoff with a seller, pay through Mercari first — drivers never pay anyone on your behalf, so cash-at-the-door deals aren't something a hopper can complete. You get live GPS tracking and a photo confirmation either way.
