Order and pay with Noah's yourself first, online or at the counter, and note the name the order is held under. When the shop has the bags ready, request a delivery on this page and a hopper collects the lot and drives it to you, with live GPS tracking and a photo confirmation at the door. Drivers never order or pay for anyone, so the bagels have to be bought before a run begins. What you pay is shop price, with no item markups and no service fees on the food.
What a bagel order does that a coffee round can't is scale cleanly — three dozen is the same single pickup as one sandwich. Order the schmear in tubs rather than pre-spread so a room can build its own, and if the order mixes plain dozens with hot egg sandwiches, book the pickup around the sandwiches. The dozens will wait; the sandwiches are the part with a clock on them.
