The detail worth getting right is the grind. Bags are ground to order at the counter, so say what you brew on when you place the order — it cannot be changed once the bag has left the store, and whole bean keeps its edge longest if you have a grinder at home. Beans are also the easiest thing on the menu to move: sealed and shelf-stable, they'll happily ride along with a drinks order you were requesting anyway.
