What can is what happens after. Buy at the counter and pay, ask for it to be held under your name, and confirm the pitmasters will release it to a third-party courier — then request a delivery below. A hopper collects it and takes it wherever it's going, with live GPS tracking and a photo confirmation.
Drivers can't wait in line, order, or pay for anyone, so this only works once the barbecue is yours.
