Put the store name, the window's start and end, and your reservation name in the request. A hopper collects the bag and brings it to your door with live GPS tracking, and you pay the app's price with no item markups or service fees. Drivers can't reserve or pay for a bag, so the booking stays yours.

When the hopper arrives, mark the order as Pickup Confirmed in the Too Good To Go app and send that screenshot to the hopper or to support — the reservation is in your name, and that confirmation is what lets the store release the bag.
