Once the kitchen calls it ready, request a delivery on this page and a hopper takes it from the counter to your door with live tracking and a photo when it lands. Your Torchy's Rewards points stay on your own account, and there are no item markups or service fees added to the menu price.
Queso is the reason half of these orders exist, and it sets as it cools — ask for it lidded and packed upright, and keep the route short so it arrives pourable. The other Torchy's quirk worth knowing is the off-menu list: it's real, regulars order from it by name, and it usually isn't in the app. If that's what you want, order it in person or by phone, pay, and have it held under your name before you request the pickup.
