You cycled to the shop, which is a problem now that there is a second bike to get home.
Buy and pay for the bike or the service with Trek first, and wait for the shop to confirm it is built and ready. Then request a delivery on this page saying it is a bike and whether it is boxed or assembled, and a hopper with a suitable vehicle collects it, tracked the whole way with a photo on arrival.
Fitting is the part that still needs you there — sizing happens with you on the bike, and no delivery replaces that. What this covers is everything after: a new build going home, a service pickup once the workshop is done, or a bike collected for someone else. Assembly and adjustment stay with the shop, so have it checked over before it leaves.
