Two things on this menu are worth knowing before you order. The frappe is the New England word for a thick ice-cream shake, and it's the item most sensitive to how far the drop-off sits from the restaurant. And the Thanksgiving Day Sandwich — turkey burger, stuffing, orange-cranberry sauce, roasted butternut squash — is a permanent fixture rather than a seasonal special, which makes a Tuesday in August a perfectly reasonable time to order one.
