Place and pay for a store pickup order on zara.com, then call the location and confirm they will hand it to a third-party courier — pickup points scan a code, and not every store treats a courier the same way. Or buy in person and ask them to hold the bag under your name, which sidesteps the question entirely.
Once it is settled, request a delivery on this page and a hopper collects the bag and brings it to you with live GPS tracking, SMS updates, and a photo confirmation. You pay the store's price with no item markups or service fees, and returns go back through ZARA's own process rather than the delivery.
