For ASAP requests, a driver is dispatched within minutes. Delivery time mostly depends on the distance between pickup and drop-off. You can also schedule a pickup time in advance, and the driver arrives when you asked.
UniHop is available across all 50 US states — cities, suburbs, and rural areas — plus select Canadian markets. There is no tight delivery radius, so longer-distance deliveries are supported too.
UniHop deliveries cost $14.99, with no item upcharges and no service fees. Deliveries over 15 miles add $1 per mile, and oversize items that need a larger vehicle or a 2-person team have different rates. The order form shows your exact price before you book — no subscription, no quote needed.
